How to book your tickets

Ticket prices are £6.00 (£5.00 for full-time students) and all performances start at 7:45 pm unless otherwise stated.

Bookings for tickets must be made with payment.  Tickets are not normally refundable (see notes below).  NO reservations accepted without payment.  For special arrangements and discounts for groups of 10 or more, please ask the box office.

Tickets may be booked:

•in person at the Information Centre, 1 The Arcade, Northwich CW9 5AS (on the corner with Chesterway)

9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday – Friday, 

or 10:00 am - 12.00 pm Saturdays (cash or cheque only)

or at the theatre from 7:15 pm on the performance night (cash or cheque only)

Bookings can only be taken with payment (credit/debit card).  At busy times or out of hours, an answering machine may be operating. Please leave a clear message with a contact number so we can call you back to confirm booking and payment details.

Please note:

•Tickets for collection in person should be picked up from the Information Centre before the performance (see opening hours above) or by 7:35 pm at the theatre on the night of the performance

•If tickets are for collection by someone else, please ensure you make this clear at the time of booking, and tell the collectors in whose name the tickets are being reserved, so they can be released. 

•If a performance sells out, and people are queuing for spare tickets, we reserve the right to resell tickets uncollected by 7:40 pm on the night of the performance. A refund may then be made to the original buyer, if claimed by the interval in the performance (e.g. caused by late arrival, illness of a party member etc)

There are a limited number of seats with wheelchair access.  Please make us aware when making a booking.  The theatre is equipped with a hearing aid induction loop.
